Welcome to the foreign language club!

I would preferably want to know how the whole sentence is said.

neutral  Samuel Murray: Methinks that the English usage of "foreign" in this case means "not local" instead of "not familiar". Hence "anderstaligesklub" (literally "club for speakers of otherly languages") might also work.

-> There is a semantic difference between "foreign language club" and "club for speakers of otherly languages". The first one focuses on the language and the second on the speakers. But both ought to work. (cf. translation of TEFL)
