Ek speel gholf vir lewe.

Explanation:
Too little context is given. Is "Golf for Life" a trade name of sorts? If so, then don't translate it. Does "for life" mean "for ever"? Then "vir ewig" or "vir altyd". Does "for life" literally mean "for life" or "for living"? Then "vir lewe" or "vir die lewe". Does "for life" mean "for a living" or "for an income"? Then "vir 'n lewe" (slang) or "as beroep".

Whoops, misread it... didn\'t see it\'s future tense. Either way, give us some more context.

Ek sal lewenslank gholf speel.

Explanation:
That would be the direct translation. But the capitals in Golf For Life make me wonder if there is not something more to the English phrase. As in playing golf for life-promoting/health reasons. Adspeak, in other words. If that is the case, I would change the Afrikaans altogether.
