Më fal Inulek, versioni i duhur është padyshim "trashës"
"Vleresohe rreth 1500 substanca natyrale ose sintetike aromatizuese (ekzaltuesi i shijes- monoglutamati i sodes) dhe rreth 1000 substanca te tjera perdoren direkt si konservues e stabilizues,si antioksidante, si hollues, si zbutes, si embelsues,si *trashes* etj. Ne kete pike eshte e nevojeshme te ndahen aditivet kontaminues jo qellimore (jo te perdorur me dashje), nga aditivet ushqimore ose substancat e shtuara ne ushqim qellimisht sipas metodave e teknikave te provuara e kontrolluara."
