Hi Klemi, I refer to your suggested answer - you do not need to say hyrës when you say incoming main in infrastructure/utilities terminology. Incoming main is tubacioni kryesor, like part of your answer suggests, but one does not say hyrës. Its implicit that it is hyrës and in technical technology, you will never either find or use also hyrës with tubacion kryesor. The "out" utilities are called shkarkime. I expressed my opinion to your suggestion since the right term for this would be only part of your answer.
