Është Çmimi/vlera sipas opinionit të brokerit, që në këtë rast nuk bëhet fjalë për çdo borker që i shkrep e vendos për një çmim pronësie, por për çmimin sipas opinionit të sektorit të real estate. Kjo tek ne, si edhe në vende të tjera si Itali, Francë, UK, dallohet qartë nga vlera/çmimi ipotekor.

Here is my explanation:
First of all BPO is not an opinion, it is an estimated value of a property (Vlera e parashikuar e pronës)
Secondly,you agree with the first part (vlera e parashikuar) but you ask for a noun to define it. The noun (pronës) is following the first agreeable part on your side.

Here is my question for you,Fabiana: How come that you agree with my version of "vlera e parashikuar" and you agree with the other version "opinion" as well. Aren't they two different things?

BPO means estimated value (vlera e parashikuar) of a property (e pronës).

1) Terminology often does not allow for opinions and assumptions - that is how some terms are taken, adopted and used. Our assumptions often take us out of scope.

2) Yes, Klemi, you are right, your attitude raises quite some questions to me, language and ethic wise. This is the place where I would always and only express my opinion on the term and never make personal comments. Regretful to see otherwise.
