تقوم الشركة الأم عند إعداد ميزانيتها بتجميع حسابات الشركات التابعة في تلك الميزانية وحينئذ تسمى
Consolidated Financial Statement
وتحتوي على:
consolidated balance sheet
consolidated statement of income
consolidated cash flow....etc
وأحيانا أخرى تقوم المجموعة بعدم تجميع تلك الحسابات وتقوم كل شركة من الشركات التابعة بإعداد ميزانيتها الخاصة
وهذا هو المصطلح المستخدم في كبرى مكاتب المحاسبة العالمية مثل
إرنست ويونج
كي بي ام جي
وقد عملت في هذه الشركات لسنوات

تقوم الشركة الأم عند إعداد ميزانيتها بتجميع حسابات الشركات التابعة في تلك الميزانية وحينئذ تسمى

الحسابات الشاملة


Explanation:
there are many tralsation for this term, مدمجة ، مندمجة، موحدة
but as per the defintion of consolidated accounts, I would prefer to go to الشاملة or الشمولية

Consolidated account: Consolidated accounts are financial statements that factors the holding company's subsidiaries into its aggregated accounting figure. It is a representation of how the holding company is doing, as a group.

Explanation:
consolidation = (إتحاد - ضم - ربط - دمج) شركتان أو مجموعة شراكات في شركة واحدة
consolidation accounts = حسابات الضم / الاندماج
consolidated accounts = حسابات موحدة
