موقع عائم
Explanation:
At first I thought I would derive an adjectival expression from JAZEERA, but the rules of Arabic morphology trumpted that option. The only possibilities I could think of were جَزَري and جزائري, both of which may be confusing to most people. We can, if we so choose, imitate English morphology and use a noun form as an adjective:

موقع جزيرة

but that did not sound Arabic to me. If we eliminate the noun موقع, we can then open the possibility of referring to the position as:

جزيرة أو واحة

Other options:

موقع مُحاط، موقع مغمور

Depending on actual context, it may be possible to use the noun إعلان or دعاية instead of موقع, but that is a side issue.
