Asker: Dear Targamat, I'd like to thank you for always coming through for me :). I will think out loud now with you and everyone. The word screen here can mean list. Another possibility is that it means "filter" here, in the sense that the values listed were carefully selected on the expense of other values and ordered according to their priority. What do you think?

Asker: the translation I am thinking of is قائمة الأسس الأخلاقية المصطفاه أو المنتفاه This may sound odd, what do you think? :):D

Asker: Taragamt, Give me translations for the word "filter"....I have another suggestion. How about القائمة المعيارية

Asker: Taragamt, you know what? I did think of لائحة but I left it because I was afriad that it gets confused in the mind of the reader with regulations لوائح what do you think?

Asker: by the way Taragamt, The screen is معيارية because social workers use it as a guide or a set of crieteria in the process of ethical decision-making
