بما أنني أعمل في مجال الطيران يؤسفني القول بأن الترجمة التي تم اختيارها غير صحيحة وأن المعني الصحيح هو اتفاقية تسيير رحلات غير مجدولة تصل إلى أماكن ليس من حق الرحلات المجدولة الأجنبية الوصول إليها تبعاً للقانون الخاص بالطيران المدني وأفيدكم بأنني حاصل على شهادة المرافبة الجوية ATC
