According to FAO terminology, this is the name of the plant. According to Internet search, the plant and the fruit are holding the same name.

I'd go for ثمرة الجاك الماليزية to indicate the fruit, its origin and its name after the plant.

I'd also suggest transliteration for both passionfruit and jackfruit, just as same with grapefruit.
