This is the description of one of about two dozen ploughs in the brochure, all with additional optional parts, and this is the only one that's got this "hat" part, I could identify all other parts by surfing the net, except this one.

Better to ask the client for an image or more clarification. It is very difficukt to guess that it is the traditional "Hat" as Salloum suggested.
