sadiiq akbar; sadiiq azizii.

If you are talking more specifically about "my ... friend" then you need to say "sadiiqi"

T wa T aHsan Sadeeqatayn

T, for Tara and T..., stays the same.

Sadeeq is a (male) friend; Sadeeqa -or, in strict classical Arabic, Sadeeqatun-- is a Female friend. Thus Sadeeqataan (or in this grammatical context, Sadeeqatayn) means 2 female friends.

aHsan is better/best. It may be afDal or even 'azam (greatest), etc.

NB- You mean Lebanese, right?

Regards from Lubnan (Lebanon).

ت و ت أعز صديقتين

T and T are two best friends.
Are you going to write it in Arabic script?
If you need the transliteration here it is:
Te wa Te A'azz Sadiqatain.
Hope this helps.
