لا تَرتابَنَّ فيه أبَداً Explanation: According to the American Heritage Dictionary, to doubt someone is to distrust him. This is different from doubting a statement, and very different from the intransitive verb “to doubt.” The suggested translations below are based on this understanding, and represent varying degrees of literalness: لا تَرتابَنَّ فيه أَبَداً LA TARTABANNA FEEHI ABADAN لا تَأخُذَنَّك به ريبةٌ أبداً. LA TA’KHUTHANNAKA BIHI REEBATUN ABADAN لا تَجعَلْ بَينَك وبَينَهُ للريبةِ سَـبيلاً LA TAJ’AL BAYNAKA WA BAYNAHU LIRREEBATI SABEELA.
