رقم القاعدة (Gulf countries)

Explanation:
I don't what term is used in Syria, and I suspect that رقم الشاسيه could be ok, but just for the record and the glossary, رقم القاعدة is the term used on licenses issued in countries of the Arab Gulf.
I recently translated a Sharjah license, and that was the term used, plus see the sites below from Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Ras Al Khaimah:
