"Field Remedy" is a sheet or a report explaining proplem(s) or troubleshootings may happen for a car engine and their cause(s) and the procedure of Remedy, which i think means repairing in the cars' field.

Please help me with the appropriate translation for this term.

Hello Ehab
About "field remedy"...the word"field" does not mean "field" in the abstract meaning of the word " a wide area of land for doing the remedies or repairs , but rather
the word "field" in this context is an adjective which means "while the care or vehicle is in use or driven"...so
"field" does not mean the place of a mechanic in which the car is stopped for repairs..
If "Field Remedy" is mentioned as a headline of a page, I think it is better to be translated as
أعطال السيارة و كيفية التعامل معها او اصلاحها

و إذا ترجمنا field as "ميداني"(under translation)
I think it will not be so expressive as should be for it,being the heading of a page.
Moreover, الميداني will drive the mind to think about "field" as workshop place or work site, which is not the meaning of the text.
