In advertising context, it is not preferable to translate every term as it is! There should be some manipulation of the word to bestow it with an Arab or Egyptian character. This manipulation, our translation professors say, can be to the effect that the whole word can be omitted with either no substitution or a totally different substitution.
One can choose some flowery phraseology to express what the author wanted to use in his language.
However, one can translate or localize the word "low down" - in a advertising context- as مرسيدس بنز علي الطبيعة
أو
دليلك إلي مرسيدس بنز
كل ما تريد معرفته عن مرسيدس بنز
"حول مرسيدس بنز"
ما يجب أن تعرفه عن مرسيدس بنز
and if I had sufficient time, I would have created more translations.
