This suggested translation is rather literal, because the intended meaning is obscure. It is not clear whether they meant a technical presentation room, a technical presentation service (such as assistance with slide projectors, film projectors, overhead projectors, pointers, transparencies, hardcopies, audio equipment, etc.), or some peculiar equipment of their own. I am not aware of any particular piece of equipment that is universally known by that name. The copywriters seem to be inventing terms as they go.
