agree  Lamis Maalouf: أوافق ولو بعد سنين، ولا أرى تعبيراً أفضل، فكلمة خصم/حسم لا تعطي الفكرة بل توحي بعكس الواقع وهو أن هذا المبلغ مفروض على المريض لا على التأمين، وليس مقتطعاً من الدفعة
