Of course, I have checked your posted glossary before I post my answer.
The Arabic Chemical term provided is not the proper one. Regarded to my poor chemical background, it is very easy to distinct between the 2 chemical compounds.
Compound contains( 2 F). You can check relevant compound’s diagrams on the top right section on these two following pages:

Chlorodifluoromethane: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HCFC-22

I can conclude that, in such cases, when we deal with Chemical or Scientific terms, we are not obliged to trust others work until we verify the term ourselves by checking various web sites in the field.
