four-look synthetic aperture radar imagery system

Synthetic aperture radar (SAR) images are becoming more widely used in remote sensing applications. SAR uses microwave radiation to illuminate the earth’s surface, and therefore overcomes some the problems associated with conventional visual remote sensing imagery.
The original image is generated in four-look, 16-bit amplitude and resolutions of 24m in azimuth and 10m in range.

This is just a suggestion. I think Forward-Looking Infrared (FLIR) is the closest to your context. I imagine the correct sentence like this: The helicopter is equipped with a forward looking infrared...

I think there is nothing called "منظور رابع أو بعد رابع " There are only 3 dimensions: length, width and height. But we could have different views.

So, If you insist that the semtemce is correct, I think we can say something like:
رباعية زوايا الرؤية
or
رباعية زوايا النظر

And, if you insist on using the word "منظور", you can say "ذات اربعة مناظير" , here it is equal to زاوية رؤية.
