so u will translate (@help) as follows:
(@التعليمات) because @ refers to the software it self not for the word.

yea, Ms. Hanan, when we translate the Software, we should translate the word in english and put the Arabic translation between brackets, for example:
- press Next button.
-اضغط على الزر Next (التالي).
and so on.
