الذكاء الاصطناعي, هو ذكاء الآلات وهو فرع من علم الحاسوب التي تهدف الي ابتكاره.أغلب كتب الذكاء الاصطناعي تعرف هذا المجال علي انه " دراسة وتصميم العوامل الذكية" والعامل الذكي هو نظام يستوعب بيئته ويتخذ المواقف التي تزيد من فرصته في النجاح.[1] جون ماكارثي، الذي صاغ هذا المصطلح في عام 1956، [2] عرفه بأنه "علم وهندسه صنع آلات ذكيه".[3]
اسس هذا المجال علي افتراض أن ،أهم ملكة يمتاز بها الجنس البشرى، ألا وهى الذكاء- يمكن وصفها بدقة بدرجة تمكن الآله من محاكاتها.[4] هذا يثير جدل فلسفي حول طبيعة العقل البشري وحدود الغطرسه العلميه، وهى قضايا تم تناولها اسطوريا، خياليا وفلسفيا منذ القدم.[5] كان وما زال الذكاء الاصطناعي سببا لحالة من التفاؤل الشديد، و لقد عانى نكسات فادحة[20] واليوم، أصبح جزءا أساسيا من صناعة التكنولوجيا، حاملا عبء ثقيل من أصعب المشاكل في علوم الكمبيوتر.[6]
ان بحوث الذكاء الاصطناعي من الأبحاث عاليه التخصص والتقنيه، لدرجة أن بعض النقاد ينتقدون "تفكك" هذا المجال.[7] تتمحور المجالات الفرعية للذكاء الاصطناعي حول مشاكل معينة، وتطبيق ادوات خاصة وحول اختلافات نظريه قديمة في الاراء.المشاكل الرئيسية للذكاء الاصطناعي تتضمن قدرات مثل التفكير المنطقى والمعرفة والتخطيط والتعلم والتواصل والادراك والقدرة علي تحريك وتغيير الأشياء.[8] الذكاء العام (أو "الذكاء الاصطناعى القوى")، ما زال هدفا بعيد المدى لبعض الأبحاث.[9] |
