Explanation:
I understand "compose communications" here to mean, in a simpler language, "write e-mails". So I don't think it's necessary to translate communications into اتصالات here. It doesn't make much sense (كتابة الاتصالات؟). Rich-text, according to the Microsoft Arabic Glossary, is النص المنسق.

Explanation:
Rich-text format is translated by Microsoft as نص بتنسيق but rarely used. It is better to be kept as RTF

I understand Communications here as messages
