English to Arabic translations [PRO]
Tech/Engineering - Construction / Civil Engineering | | English term or phrase: access products | One of my "favourite words" again - access. The talk here is about products which enable people to access higher or inaccessible places, like ladders, scaffolding towers etc.
Text: Our products/services: Sale of aluminium access products including scaffolding towers, folding towers and podium steps for use in construction, maintenance, retail, leisure etc.
منتجات الوصول? I don't think so ... منتجات التوصيل? Doesn't work either, or does it? I think they just sound like translations. I'm hoping to find something that would be instantly understandable for the Arabic reader...

I do not think this product category has a corresponding name used in Arabic. A company selling such products would just list the names of individual items:
سلالم، سقالات .. إلخ
I think معدات is better than منتجات in this context. |

| Grading comment I know I said I didn't want to use وصول for "access" here, but using معدات instead of منتجات for products suddenly made it sound a bit more acceptable. I agree Abdulrahman that in Arabic you'd probably not have such a category name, but معدات وصول will do for my document. Thanks to all.
