I think it's a temporary glitch as Fuad suggested. I've already sent a 'support request' to the ProZ people, but because it's the weekend they many not answer until Monday.

Usually, when ProZ.com makes a policy change, it issues a public announcement. Since there was no announcement, it may be a case of temporary insanity on the part of the computer system.

why was this taken away from you Fuad? This is very strange! does one have to be a paying practitioner to have this facility? Is this something new in ProZ guidelines? I notice also there is now a red notation about 'ask the asker' and how you have to have 20 pro points in the language pair to do it! what's going on?

ProZ.com has taken away from me the ability to "peer grade" an answer, so I am agreeing with Nadia's answer using the "Post a discussion entry" space.
