المؤسساتية

Explanation:
From 'دولة مؤسساتية'.
Verb: 'مأسس' = to form a corporation. However, not a regular corportion, but a corporation in the political science's definition; an organizing body formed in order to control a specific scene in the society.

"(...) a practice whereby an authoritarian state, through the process of licensing and regulating officially-incorporated social, religious, economic, or popular organizations, effectively co-opts their leadership or circumscribes their ability to challenge state authority by establishing the state as the source of their legitimacy. This usage is particularly common in the area of East Asia studies, and is sometimes also referred to as state corporatism." __Wikipedia

Unlike sydication 'نقابية', corporatism tends more towards establishing authoritarian, and in a sense totalitarian, bodies in specific fields in the society. On the other hand, a syndicate is an association of people or companies formed to transact some specific business, or to promote a common interest. Syndication is the establishment of syndicates.

In short, corporatism and syndication share the goals of forming organizing bodies, however, corporatism works from above [the state], while syndication works from below [pares (L.)/peers.]

It is all up to the context where 'corporatism' is being mentioned, Jacob..

نفوذ المصالح المؤسسية في الدولة

Explanation:
For a detailed description of corporatism in its various contexts please see link below. It is similar to lobbies only instead of individuals or agencies acting on behalf of interest groups, you have the different institutions playing a role in influencing government decisions. This is not soley confined to business groups, as the explanation given in the link below shows.
