٩- التقلبات وفروق العوائد ترتفع من المستويات المتدنية تاريخياً
رغم التصحيح المهم الذي عانت منه سوق السهم في ٦٠٠٢، فإنه على مرّ السنوات القليلة الماضية كانت مقاييس الذبذبات التكتيكية وفروقات العوائد جدّ منخفضة، الأمر الذي يعني ان الفروقات بالعوائد بين قطاعات بأكملها وبين أفضل وأسوأ الأسهم الفردية كانت طفيفة. نتوقع ان ينتهي هذا الاتجاه في ٧٠٠٢ مع تباطؤ الاقتصاد الدولي وارتفاع أسعار الفائدة عالمياً وإمكانية حصول أحداث جيوسياسية غير منتظرة، تساهم كلها بارتفاع التقلبات في السوق.
