hi there a beginner is here , may you help me with the translation of that term in the context
"Oportunidades transfers can mitigate short-run macroeconomic shocks and facilitate the phase-out of >>>distributionally-motivated price <<
i think it may mean "الأسعار المحددة بناء علي التوزيع" but iam not sure
by the way my whole attempted translation for that paragraph so far is
"يمكن للتحويلات النقدية ببرنامج ‘الفرص’ أن تسكن أثر صدمات الاقتصاد الكلي في الأجل القصير و أن تسهل عملية الإلغاء التدريجي للأسعار المحددة بناء علي التوزيع و للتشوهات الضريبة (حدود الأسعار, الإعانات المالية, و إعفاءات ضريبة الدخل, ..... الخ ) و هو أثر غير فعال و يؤدي إلي خسارة باهظة نتيجة التوزيع غير الكفء للثروات و في ذات الوقت يحقق المحافظة علي مستوي الدخل الحقيقي للأسر أو حتى يعمل علي زيادته ."
