اختبار "ملء الفراغ"/ تداخل اللغات
Explanation:
Code-switching: تداخل اللغات
and if you want to be more accurate, you can say: تداخل اللغة الأم مع اللغات الأجنبية

I found it in some places as تحول لغوي. I prefer تداخل اللغات though.

الانتقال بين اللغات - ملء الفراغات

Explanation:
code switching is a term used in applied and socio-linguistics for moving between two or more languages or dialects within the same situation.
A "cloze test" is when students are given a text (usually a longish paragraph) with gaps at regular intervals, and they need to supply missing words. In your context it could mean that an interpreter should be able to fill in the gaps that occur while he is working due to him missing a word or more, or due to the speaker being unclear.
