و حظ الأكاديميين و جمهور المفكرينفي الضغط على الحكومة لتغيير سياسة من السياسات أكثر من غيرهم لاسيما إذا ما تمكنوا من تقوية أواصر التضامن مع أرباب السياسة من ذوي التأثير على الحكومة ممن لهم وجهة نظر مماثلة أو مشابهة
