I have no need to to contact you through Proz mail. My clarification was for those hundreds and thousands of people who will view this page in the future.
Some people refer to community colleges as كلية جامعية متوسطة, but the majority say كلية مجتمع.

Hi,
The term is used by a company specializes in helping international students study in the US. they are first enrolled into a community college for two years and then transferred to a higher college for other two years to graduate and obtain either BA or BS
The following is a small part of the document clarifying that the equivalent translation of the term in Arabic is معهد متوسط أو عالي:

We place our students initially in Community Colleges, usually in small-town settings, where each student receives personal attention for two years, polishes English language proficiency and becomes familiar with American society.
After two years of study, the student graduates with an BA (Bachelor of Arts) degree or an BS (Bachelor of Science) degree and is then transferred for two years of finishing study at a university.
