في سوريا توجد هذه اللعبة بين الأطفال وهي تسمى "اللقة" والفعل العامي "لقَّ" بمعنى لمس مستعمل في سوريا ولعلَّ البعض قد سمع هذا الفعل في المسلسلات السورية
لا أعرف إن كان الفعل فصيحًا أو أنه من الموروث الشعبي التاريخي للمنطقة

I think that whatever Arabic translation you chooose, if possible, the English term should also be left as it is. E.g "لعبة اللمسة (Blob Tag)" since that's the name of the game, and it probably doesn't exist with those same rules in the Arab world.

There's a kids' game called "blob tag", described on several websites if you google the term. Is that what your article is about??
