I guess it could be translated as under:

حروف كبيرة بطباعة قياسية


Explanation:
Titled case doesn't exist in Arabic printing. So you may just refer to it as الحروف الكبيرة as this is how we refer to capetalized letters. So the term should sound like: طباعة قياسية بحروف كبيرة, or حروف كبيرة بطباعة قياسية

Of course I need not to mention that a title case means Capetalizing the initials!

Suleiman correction is right. حروف مائلة not كبيرة. Tilted not Titled. Sorry about the mistake and thx Suleiman for the correction :)
