The word is tilted and not titled which means مائل in Arabic.
I guess it could be translated as under:

tilted case with standard printing حروف كبيرة بطباعة قياسية

Explanation:
Titled case doesn't exist in Arabic printing. So you may just refer to it as الحروف الكبيرة as this is how we refer to capetalized letters. So the term should sound like: طباعة قياسية بحروف كبيرة, or حروف كبيرة بطباعة قياسية

Of course I need not to mention that a title case means Capetalizing the initials!
