Now the page is Ok, I shut down the system, opend it next shift.
I think shuting down windwos is the same as restarting. You are right becuse when I use word document some times a message pop up telling me "windows virtual memory is running out".

I will try to find dependable search engines, but colleagues help some times faster and dependale. I appreciate your help.

Dear Fuad , I do not know.
It is one of the binocular sepcifications, only as you can see, like you,I tried to understand what does this circuit do. Unfortunately, the whole contain does not help me to find out about this circuit and by the way this is a Russian product. Product literature is in Russisn and English language.
