cash flow = تدفقات نقدية
cash liquidity = سيولة نقدية
The two terms are not interchangeable.
When you have cash flow, you have large amounts of income and possibly large amounts of expenditure. If your expenditures are much less than your income then you end up with cash liquidity.
When you have cash liquidity, you have spare cash to invest either in expanding the current business, to start a new business or to buy another business. Cash liquidity is a direct result of incoming cash flow exceeding the outgoing cash flow.
