| English term or phrase: Credit Delegation | Please find below the terms and conditions that I propose for the CEO Credit Delegation for Institutional, Corporate and Individuals. This Credit Delegation cancels and replaces any earlier document in this respect:
1. The CEO Credit Delegation is :
- personal and issued in relation with his position as the Chief Executive Officer of the BANK,
to be exercised :
-by himself,
-with the concurring signature of an entitled Representative of Group Risk Management (GRM) for Kuwait , the latter having a right of veto; appeal of such veto may be sought after from higher credit authority level.
-in compliance with any Global Credit Policy, Specific Credit Policies and procedures enforced in the Bank. |
