English to Arabic translations [PRO]
Bus/Financial - Finance (general) | | English term or phrase: Board of Equalization | I'm translating a glossary that well be used in banking project for Egypt. I did not find equivalent concept even in other Arabic countries. The nearest concept in Egyptian government is "مكتب شكاوى وزارة المالية".
Definition:
A nonjudicial board whose function is to review assessments to see that all districts are assessed at a uniform level of value; to raise or lower the assessments to achieve this purpose, so that a uniform basis of taxation is achieved. Also referred to as Board of Tax Review, Board of Appeals. |

لا أعرف من أية دولة أتى هذا المصطلح، ولكن هذا المجلس موجود عندنا في سويسرا حيث يعمل على فحص التساوي بين مختلف الكانتونات (المحافظات) من الناحية الضريبية، من ناحية الدفع بما يتناسب مع عدد السكان وبما يتناسب أيضًا مع المشروعات التي تعمل عليها لخدمة البلد بصورة عامة
