is their any difference in Arabic between charge and pledge? Al Assuty dictionary states that charge means: رهن and pledge : رهن |

ضمان عن اصول ثابتة غير متحركة : mortgage
ضمان عن اصول جارية كالاسهم والسندات ويتم تسليمها للمقترض منه ويتم تسيلها الى نقدي= pledge
ضمان وضع اليد ويتم تتسليمه للمتقترض منه ولكن لا يحول لسيولة مثال المخزون او عقار= charge
الاختلاف هو سرعة التحويل الى سيولة واتمنى ان اكون ساعدت :) |
