آسف بسبب مشكلة الترميز مرة ثانية. خلال دراستي في ماجستير ادراة الاعمال، تعرفت على هذا المفهوم -كما تقول الترجمانة- في سياق تضارب مصالح المالكين و مجلس الادارة، القطاع العام و الخصخصة، التصويت و اتخاذ القرار حسب الحصص و الأسهم، و الدور الاجتماعي للشركات. ببساطة هذا المفهوم يعني طريقة الاشراف و التوجيه المعتمدة لاتخاذ القرار الاستراتيجي في المنشآت
