I think as slang, this means, a proverb that translated in my answer, this for the first part, but the second part means, as I guess only, that

You can't just translate a book title. The translator should read the book, or at least read a summary of it, then attempt to put a title to the book, which is not necessarily the exact translation of the original title in the source language.
This statement,whether title of a book or a saying is allegoric and unique..probably a product of deep thinking or anotable wise man`s insight ...it therefore takes a unique translator to produce an equaly unique translation!!!!!!!!!!!
I know I found the same book title a while ago and agree with you one part makes send but the other doesn't.... but what do you think it stands for anyway???

I just deleted my earlier note cause I can now see it's also a book title, and the image on the book cover kind of explains it (http://www.christianbook.com/Christian/Books/product?item_no... ): left + left + left = right.
Still, I think it may be untranslatable as it is, while retaining the play on the word "right"! At the end of the day, it IS just a silly saying, because there's no real connection between the well-known saying "two wrongs don't make a right" and the added statement "three lefts do.
