I think Additives = مضافات أو إضافات , So now i think we have to differentiate between Additives, Enahncers, Preservatives.

أنا أعتقد أن كلمة "مضاف" كلمة عامة لأي مادة تضاف للطعام سواء كانت مادة حافظة أم محسنة أو مكسبة للطعم , ولكننا بصدد تخصيص لكلمة
و التي يجب فيها تحديد ماهية هذه المادة المضافة هل هي حافظة أم محسنة أم ماذا؟ "Conditioner"
هذه وجهة نظري-قد تكون صائبة او غير صائبة
