The terms below appear in the document. Should i translate "Official Airline" into الخطوط الجوية المعتمدة and the same goes for the other "official" words?

الخطوط الجوية المعتمدة = official = authorized/accredited air line

Go with الخطوط الجوية المعتمدة . In that context of an "officially-preferred" or "officially-designated" air line, the equivalent and effective term is 'accredited' (or 'deputized,' also), so 'muatammada' = المعتمدة would apply, rather than "rasmiiya."

Asker: Please see my question to Mr. Ahmed. I need to use the same translation of the word “official” for hotel, media and magazines and those are not owned by the government.

Please do not be confused between government-owned and official.

If we are talking about some event, official hotel (or airline) will be the one CHOSEN official for that event. It has NOTHING to do with its status as being government-owned or not. That term (official) is closely related to the sponsoring role of that carrier (or hotel).
