English to Arabic translations [PRO] Food & Dairy / cooking | | English term or phrase: half pass | | place the pan in the oven through the garlic bread window for a half pass |
| | | لطهيه في زمن مخفض/أقل | Explanation: http://www.ehow.com/facts_5721207_conveyor-oven_.html
A conveyor oven is an indispensable type of oven that restaurants and other food service businesses use to cook certain kinds of food quickly and in bulk amounts. This efficiency is key when large orders are required in a short period of time.
Features
The inner belt that the food rolls through on is usually 10-, 18-, 32- or 40-inches wide. Some ovens have a variation of two side-by-side belts or several stacked one over the other to increase the amount that can be cooked. A "half pass window" may be available that gives the cook access to inserting food with a reduced cooking time onto the belt as it's running. Dials or digital buttons control the time, belt speed and temperature, and the units can have stands, specially made panels and removable shelves.
