Explanation:
The actual translation of "duo" would be ثنائي أو مزدوج; but since we're talking food here, I think using "مطعمة" sounds more natural. The same goes for "roll" which usually comes as أقراص أو دواليب; but it seems that the meaning here is better conveyed with "لفيفات"
