As discussed with you on (date), XXX's position has not changed regarding the events that occurred on (date). Therefore, unless the complainants have changed their position, XXX does not think it would be useful to discuss the same issues again and would suggest that any arrangements for discussion in this regard be dispensed with post consultation with Mr YYY and Ms ZZZ.

Explanation:
The structure is a bit faulty, I'd say. I think it should have read "dispensed with until post consultation.." or something along that line.

Well, perhaps Y and Z are third parties to the issues or even directly involved and consulting with them might change the situation somehow, so they need to defer any discussion until those consultations. I mean, it is difficult to assume there is some other interpretation. The writer would have to be so disturbed, if there were :)

Asker: That was my initial though. But they did say they had nothing to discuss if the complainants have not changed their position!!
