English to Arabic translations [PRO] General / Conversation / Greetings / Letters | | English term or phrase: Gut reaction | Use your intuition
Your intuition is a powerful and much underrated tool. Make every effort to use it. Your gut instinct tells you, if and when you make the right or wrong decision.
If you have all the facts and information in front of you, your subconscious can evaluate the data and come up with a gut reaction based on previous experience. It assimilates information much faster than your brain can think things through rationally and logically. |

Explanation: "It is a feeling of Knowing....It happens when it is too early to actually Know because I do not yet have all the facts, or when future events have not yet transpired but I feel certain of the outcome. It could be described as a 6th sense. That is a nice name for it as it is not yet fully defined or understood as are our other senses. The other 5 senses are based upon physical perception. This 6th sense is not entirely explained by physical laws....at least not Yet. My gut feelings definitely involve knowledge and experience that are instrumental in the conclusion that evolves. However, there is more there than what I can attribute to previous knowledge and experience alone. I believe there is something added of a mystical nature. Some might say the Deity is guiding them....or an Angel whispering in their ear. I cannot define it or diagram it, but I feel it. My gut feelings are often predictory, protective or cautionary in nature. They can also be a strong knowing that something is very Right or Good or full of benefit. Maybe pheromones affect it. Maybe subtle chemical changes are responsible that we can only perceive subconsciously"
