وممكن ان يكون "نظام المساواه وهو مصطلح فرنسى الاصل معناه على قدم المساواه ومعناه ان تكون العلاقة متساويه بين الخادمة والاسرة المضيفةau pair, meaning "on a par" or "equal to",
