The direct answer to your question is: No, there isn't. Different translators have rendered this expression differently. US Government Arabic web pages do not necessarily reflect any "official" adoption of the terms that appear therein; they are merely the work of individual translators who just happen to have used that expression on that particular occasion. The US Government does not have a standardized multilingual glossary of the names of all its agencies. US Government officials would probably laugh if they knew that we call the Senate مجلس الشـيوخ
