English to Arabic translations [PRO] Human Resources | | English term or phrase: PM rollout training | Exercise: Coaching Dialogue
Instructions
Instructor
1. Read the Stage 2 scenario as a good example
2. Total 20 minutes, 5 to prepare 10 minutes to carry out Dialogue and 5 minutes for comments
Participants
1. Please, break into triads (the same group that was working with each other before)
2. Each person in the triad is going to play the role of leader, contributor, and observer ( you need to play a different role than the one you were playing in the previous exercise)
3. Using the Contributor SMART-Is written in the exercise before, carry out a feedback session on contributor SMART-Is (take into consideration one SMART-Is is going well and another is not)
4. The observer will take notes on how the Coaching Dialogue was, strong and weak points to discuss with the class later
c. Optional paired practice: Participants work in pairs or triads (with the third person acting as an observer) to practice giving and receiving feedback. If there is an observer, he/she provides feedback to the participants in the feedback dialogue. Trainers circulate during the exercise, observing and providing comments and occasional feedback to participants.
At the end of the exercise, debrief with the group: What went well? What went less well? What would did you learn from the experience? etc. [Note: I’m not sure we will have time to develop or conduct this exercise for the pilot, but something like it should be included in the PM rollout training.] |
