شكرا للاستفسار يسعدني أن أبحث للوصول إلى أدق ترجمة ممكنة - هذا المسمى يرجع تاريخه إلى القرن التاسع عشر وأوافقك في الرأي أن الأمر يتعلق بحرف - ولكن هناك أمران: أولا الشق الثاني من الجملة يتحدث عن ناحية عمالية إذن هناك تفرقة بينها وبين الناحية المهنية أو الحرفية إذن يمكن القول إن الأمر يتعلق في الشق الأول بالمهن ، وثانيا، التعبير متغير من بلد إلى آخر، مثلا في مصر كان يطلق رسميا على أي نوع من الحرف اليدوية "صنايع" حتى لو كان الذي يمتهنها فنان، وكلية الفنون التطبيقية كانت تسمى مدرسة الصنايع السلطانية عندما أنشئت لتقنين وتنظيم دراسة مختلف الحرف اليدوية الفنية. ، فلهذين السببين لا مانع من القول بأنها مهن وهي كلمة عامة ولكنها في الوقت نفسه تخصيص لكون العمل في مهنة معينة . أما عن كلمة منظمة، فهي في رأيي لا تعني أنها عكس "غير منظمة"، أعتقد نها تعني أن المقصود هو انتظام أصحاب المهن في اتحاد أو نقابة. وربما هناك فائدة من استخدام كلمة منظمة للتفرقة بينها وبين نقابات المهن الأخرى مثل المحاماة والصحافة والطب، الخ.. وهي مهن من نوع آخر. وأضيف معلومة أخرى، أن في هذه المهن الأخيرة وأي مهن أخرى، عندما نتحدث عن اتباع أصول المهنة نقول إن الشخص أسلوبه حرفي أو احترافي أو مهني.
